UOWN is raising further £450,000 to fund the transformation of an eighty-seven bedroom hotel located in Manchester. This four-star hotel is conveniently situated within a short five-minute walk to the lively Spinningfields and Manchester's bustling financial centre. UOWN has again teamed up with Roomzzz, a top Aparthotel operator in the UK, who has already earned two Tripadvisor Travellers' Choice awards in 2022 for its existing aparthotels in Manchester.

We raised an initial tranche of £500,000 earlier in the year, and this additional tranche will be used to further develop and improve the site to maximise income and value. Some of the funds will be spent on improving the existing accommodation and some will be spent on exploring additional development opportunities on the site.

The hotel is already generating revenue which will enable UOWN to offer investors a 10% per annum return. The returns will be paid out monthly over the two-year investment term. The investment is further supported by a corporate guarantee from Roomzzz, and exit from the investment will be via refinance of the asset.
