UOWN are raising £105,000 from the crowd for the refurbishment and fit out of three properties. These two-bedroom properties will have basement refurbishments to increase the number of bedrooms, as well as renovations of the upper floors. The properties will be sold to the family and investment markets, and profits from the sales will be split between UOWN investors and the developer. The projected return to investors in this project is 14.1%

Building works will start in July and last three months, after which we have allowed eight months to sell the properties. Running three projects simultaneously keeps the costs down as contractors time and materials can be bought in bulk. The diversified nature of this investment spreads the risk and mitigates against lower returns
