UOWN is raising £750,000 to develop a new aparthotel in Glasgow. This project is another partnership up with Roomzzz, the nationally award-winning aparthotel chain with 11 sites across the UK. Roomzzz already has a flagship Edinburgh location, which has a 5 star tripadvisor rating, and this will be their second Scottish location.

This development loan will deliver returns of 10% per annum with monthly payments over the 30 month term. The investment is further supported by a corporate guarantee from Roomzzz, with the exit coming via the refinance of the asset once the conversion has been completed.

Design will take the rest of the year, with construction starting in 2025 and the hotel opening midway through 2026. Roomzzz's national track-record, as well as the strength of the aparthotel, sector make this an attractive investment
