UOWN has partnered up with IconInc, a luxury student accommodation brand, to help finance an extension to one of their established sites in Lincoln. This partnership gives the UOWN users access to work with a highly reputable student accommodation operator, and enjoy the potential financial rewards in the process. The proposed extension to Todson House will comprise of 41 apartments due for completion in September 2023.

UOWN plans to contribute finance to this project in a number of tranches throughout 2021, each tranche of finance will be utilised during different phases of the development. The second tranche will be a raise of £500,000, which will be secured by way of a charge over the asset.

The return will be a 10% per annum return, with 5% per annum paid out monthly and 5% per annum return paid out at the end of the project. The timeline of the project is 29 months. We are projecting a 24.17% return on investment. This project will pay a return during fund raising with the first monthly payment will be on the 5th of June.
